We bring together the best treatments and technologies from Australia and beyond to make sure you feel amazing, well looked after and in safe hands.
Originally from Colombia, I’ve made Australia my home for over 15 years. My favourite thing to do at the clinic is working with my incredible team, listening to their great ideas to create bespoke treatments for our clients. I also love welcoming our clients, calling them by name, and making sure they feel like The Skin Element is their home too.

I have always loved the fast paced progression of the beauty industry which has led me to explore many avenues throughout my career leading me to The Skin Element.
My favourite treatments to perform in clinic are skin peels and skin needling as I love the instant results and gratification they give. I’m forever learning in this industry and enjoy educating clients as treatments evolve and grow.
In my free time I like to get away from the hustle and bustle and often spend weekends camping and exploring the coast with my family. We love travelling and our goal is to purchase a big camper and travel Australia as much as possible. I look forward to assisting you on your skin journey at The Skin Element.

Hi, I’m Lara a Dermal Therapist based on the Gold Coast with over 16 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry. Skin health is something I’m truly passionate about, and I love helping my clients look and feel their absolute best.
My journey began when I completed my Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2009, and my love for skin just kept growing from there. In 2016 I went on to complete my Graduate Diploma of Dermal Therapy, which took my knowledge and skills to a whole new level.
Over the years I’ve been lucky enough to work across some amazing beauty salons, day spas, and medical-grade clinics, building experience across a wide range of skin and beauty treatments and advanced face and body treatments. That journey has shaped me into the therapist I am today — someone who blends a genuine love of beauty with a real understanding of skin science.
